Deciding on the Lot 1 female every year is something that is extremely fun for us to do.
Beginning early this summer there was not a whole lot of debate. If you like them wild looking stout and great structured this is the female for you. She is ready to go showing right now and still has the long term build to win a major as a heavy bred. This is our fist big set of In Control females and we are fired up on them. Not to mention she is a 3/4 sister to Julia Frye’s highly successful female that was campaigned last year.

This again is the natural calf out of our great Angus donor Forever Lady. We definitely had to do her to In Control. We are digging these Maine-Angus cattle and knew we needed to make a few more of them. 427J is a rare beast, she has all the power and body in the world while still being so elegant and smooth. If she can do half of what her maternal sister did for Sara Sullivan this female will be sure to get some banners at a major but more importantly become an incredible cow in the future.
