2021 Harvest of Excellence

ell they say time flies when you’re having fun. We must have been having a blast because it is so hard to believe that we have made another trip around the sun and it’s time for our Harvest of Excellence (number 25 for us)! Our Fall Sale is starting to have some longevity and it has only happened because of people like you who buy, bid and believe in

our program. What Brad and Melanie started almost 40 years ago has turned into a full fledged family operation with Tyler and Natalie and their boys, Kurtis and Hannah and family and even Shane and Ashlie and family throwing in a hereford or two. With that being said we want you to know that you, our valued customers and families are what we enjoy the most about the cattle business. We are very excited about this offering. This group of heifers may just be our deepest set yet. We are really striving to put depth of quality in every breed. We feel from our oldest to youngest heifer there is something here that works not only in the show ring but more importantly to put in production in your program. This past year and a half has been a difficult one for many. With sickness, loss and so much uncertainty in our nation it has become an increasingly hard task to raise families with the values that are so important. Raising livestock has been one of the ways to keep kids grounded and in a familiar routine that doesn’t change. Farmers and ranchers are some of the hardest working people in our country with Christian values and faith that is passed down from generation to generation. We are so blessed and thankful to be a part of that and we know you feel the same way. With that being said we hope you can bring your kids and grandkids and find something that works in your program. We love to hear the stories and see the excellent work ethic from these young people in 4-H and FFA. They are America’s best who will defy the odds and help turn this great nation around. We invite you to come to the show barn all Fall and view the cattle in person. Videos will be posted a few days prior to sale. Breeders World and CCI.live will be available for bidding on sale day. Sale cattle will be at the fairgrounds in Allen County, Ohio on Wednesday prior to sale. Lunch will

be served sale day starting at 11:00. If you are in town the day before we invite you to a pre- sale dinner on Friday evening November 5th at 6:30 at the Fairgrounds. Please give Tyler, Kurtis or Brad a call with any questions. We look forward to seeing you on Saturday November 6th in Lima! Until then may God pour out His abundant blessings on you. From our family to yours… Sincerely,

The Winegardners and Klingamans
