Makes 15-20 bombs – Prep 3 ½ hours – Bakes 12-15 min.

MEATBALL FILLING 1.5lbs. Ground beef Half a large onion small dice 1 egg Salt & Pepper to taste Preferred Slices of Cheese 1’’ square pieces (I used cheddar and Mozzarella) Optional sesame seeds or dried Italian herbs BREADOPTIONS You can either use this bread recipe, or replace it with store bought raw dough. (Start at #4 on the next page).

TOMAKEMEATBALL FILLING 1. Combine Ground beef, onion, egg, and salt and pepper in a bowl and mix thoroughly. 2. Using a small ice-cream scoop or dinner spoon portion into even bite sided meatball, rolling in your hand to create a nice meatball shape. 3. Pan fry meatballs, using a large skillet over medium heat.

4. Cook meat- balls in 3 batches (so they aren't overcrowded) until golden brown on bottom, about 4 - 6 minutes. Then turn to opposite side and cook opposite side until golden brown. Transfer to paper towels to drain. 5. Cool in refrigerator while you prepare the first three steps of the dough.
