attended a livestock show, visited a farm, or taken an agriculture class. I wanted young people to see that there are countless ways to belong in agriculture. Agriculture has never fit into one box, and neither should the people who represent it. When I look at my journey from the show ring, to the classroom, to Miss USA, I realize that the common thread has never really been competition. It has been people. The mentors who invested in me. The family members who stood ringside. The students who remind me every day why agricultural education matters. And the agricultural community that gave me a story worth sharing. I hope that the next generation understands that

agriculture can take them places they never imagined. For me, that journey has taken me from the farm, to the show ring, to the classroom, to the crown… and everywhere I go,
agriculture comes with me. Because long before I ever represented Wisconsin with a crown on my head, I was representing something I had already been proud of my entire life. ●
