Campbell’s Lucky Lady 71N, is the mother of TJSC Hot Commodity and the foundation of their Maine program. She raised multiple Champions at the National Western, NAILE and the American Royal. Jone’s first Junior National Champion, CKG Katie 1M, was shown by Ashley Bauer in 2003. The dam of Katie 5S was the first Reserve Champion at the NWSS for their operation and the cornerstone of Minnaert’s program. When JSC moved into the Simmental breed, they purchased their cornerstone donor, KS Miss She’s So Sweet 98R. She produced one of their most prolific donors, TJSC So Sweet 104X and their first Simmental promotional sire, TJSC Optimus Prime. She is the granddam of their highest selling bull to date, TJSC Hammer Time 35D. KLS Diamond W516 is another star performer for their operation raising multiple Champions and high
sellers in their production sales over the years as well as promotional sires TJSC King of Diamonds, granddam to TJSC Coping with Destiny and TJSC H Town. The Jones Family finds no better way to raise a family than through livestock, 4-H and FFA. “We do this for the love of the industry and the people in it…we love supporting the youth in the industry.” That love is made evident through their longtime support of the Maine and Simmental Junior programs, the Ohio Best program and the Buckeye Breeder Series. While success is always the goal, it’s what goes into being successful that matters most. “Randy and Troy love going to cow sales, looking at and buying good livestock to better our herd and our customer’s herds.” The little things like catching up with old friends and making new ones are valued.
