A PORTION OF THEIR $200,000 SALE TO SCHRAG AND NIKKEL TO BENEFIT MAINE-ANJOU YOUTH!
January was a busy month of shows and sales for the American Maine-Anjou Association (AMAA). A highlight every year is the National Western Stock Show and hosting Maine- Anjou events in the historic Yards. A sale feature of this year’s Power In the Pens sale was Special Lot A.
Special Lot A offered buyers the opportunity to purchase 1/3 embryo interest in two exciting half-blood Maine- Anjou females – LDSC Stella 152K and LDSC Shirley 155K. This special lot commanded a sale price of $200,000 and sold to the Schrag and Nikkel Partnership. A portion of
this special lot is the largest lump sum gift received to the Reaching Beyond Maine-Anjou Foundation and will benefit the youth of this association and their programs for years to come. The AJMAA is thankful and grateful for every donor and sponsorship we receive
