Hi my name is Kylee Gaston, I’m an 11 year old 6th grader from Eastland, TX. My parents are Jason & Kendall Gaston. Besides showing heifers, steers, & market broilers, I am also active in meat judging, photography, and band. I raise and show Limousin and Hereford cattle. I started showing when I was 7 and have always loved the Texas majors season. The time from Cattleman’s Congress to Rodeo Austin is the longest 3 months of the year, but the most fun too! Plus I get to miss a lot of school, but don’t tell my teachers I’m that excited to skip. Houston has always been my favorite show and after this year it will always be extra special. My heifer Hershey (DL Hosanna 526H) had a been having great year leading up to Houston and I was excited to show her one last time before she calved. We went to Houston with one goal in mind, and
