also carried on the family tradition of showing and raising cattle. Judy married C.A. Collins in 1965. Their children Christy and Kinder Colby (4th generation) have each found their niche in the cattle industry Christy as a livestock marketer (CCi.LIVE) and owner of Los Rojas and Colby who co-manages Collins Cattle Inc. with his father C.A. raising show steers and heifers along with high quality seed stock. The 5th generation of Kinder/Collins belongs to Colby and Shellie’s daughters Cierra, Claire, and Cricket. They each have found their love of ranching, showing, and raising cattle. Colby and Shellie both cut their teeth showing Hereford cattle. They both exhibited at Junior Nationals (Shellie) and Hereford Expos (Colby) starting at 7. They can’t think of a better way to raise their three daughters than with Hereford cattle. Collins Ranch is now a much more diversified cattle operation that focuses on quality and overall performance and not as much one specific breed. •
