INGREDIENTS

• 1 1/2 lbs. Ground Beef • 1 Onion, finely chopped • 28oz. can Diced Tomatoes • 6oz. can Tomato Paste

• 16oz. Cottage Cheese, Small Curd • 8-10oz. Mozzarella Cheese, Shredded • 16oz. Box Lasagna Noodles • Salt/Pepper to Taste

DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large skillet, brown ground beef, onions and salt/pepper to taste. Add diced tomatoes and tomato paste. Simmer while you cook pasta. When pasta is almost done, add cottage cheese to meat sauce. Once pasta is al dente (follow box instructions) remove from heat but keep noodles in pasta water while you assemble lasagna. In a large casserole dish start with a spoonful of sauce on the bottom so noodles do not stick. Next add one layer of lasagna noodles. Salt noodle layer. Add layer of meat sauce. Repeat until you are out of ingredients. Top lasagna with shredded mozzarella cheese. Bake in oven until cheese is melted. Cut lasagna into desired portion sizes, serve and enjoy!
