DIRECTIONS TO THE RANCH:
From I-76 coming from the east, turn onto CO Hwy 52 at Wiggins and follow 52 South, then west for 21 miles to the Huwa Cattle sign, then right (north) on CR 89 for 1/2 mile to 5415 CR 89, Roggen, CO 80652 and follow signs into the sale site (indoor arena). From I-76 coming from the west, turn onto CO Hwy 52 at Hudson and follow 52 East for 22 miles to the Huwa Cattle sign, then turn left (north) 1/2 mile and follow sale signs into the sale site. From I-70 at Bennett, CO, go north on CO Hwy 79 for 22 miles to CO Hwy 52, then right (east) 10 miles to the Huwa Cattle sign, then left (north) on CR 89 for 1/2 mile to signs directing to sale.
Videos of the sale lots will be available to view on DVAuction OR HUWACATTLE.COM , under Huwa Cattle sale date, during the 1st week in January.
TERMS • CONDITIONS • GUARANTEE:
We will sell under the normal terms and conditions of the American Angus Association, with the Huwa Cattle guarantee of one full breeding season (90 days). If a bull is rendered incapable of service, you will receive 100% of purchase price (less salvage value) in credit at a future Huwa Sale or a replacement of equal value (if one is available).
