They are definitely a part of my show family, and I would not be where I am today without them. My dream is to… Win the NWSS fat steer show or prospect heifer/steer show is at the top of my list to achieve a win at. National Western is one we have gone to for many years and with it being close to home it would be a fun one to win. Another big dream I have is to win Colorado State Fair Market Steer show and Hog show in the same year. I will take either win, but I think it would be awesome to win both the same year and take a backdrop picture with both pig and steer in the same picture. This Is Why I Show… Showing has opened up so many opportunities for me that I could never have thought of when I first started in the showing industry. I have met so many people that have become more family than just friends. I love the work ethic and lessons showing teaches you. You can be humbled really fast in this industry but with the people you surround yourself with and the lessons you learn through the livestock and showing industry is second to none and is what I would call my This is Why I Show. ●

One judge I love to show under is… Showing under Jim Williams for the first time holds a pretty special place in my heart. It was in 2016 at the Blackout show in Loveland, Colorado and he judged the prospect steer show. He used my steer BAM to win the Shorthorn Plus breed champion. That was the first banner I ever won. When I went to shake his hand while he was still on the mic, he put his arm around me while he was giving reasons about his reserve steer in that breed. That was a special moment that will always be at the top of my list of favorite judges to show under. I would not be where I am today without… My parents, Tyson and Shonda who would do anything for me and are always in my corner. My sister Joslyn who is always there to help me with anything whether that is with showing or life, even if we have many fun and not so fun moments in the barn such as show stick battles. Krisha and Shea Geffert, Brain Fox and family who have impacted my showing career and my life for the better making many dreams come true for my family.
