WALK BY FAITH NOT BY SIGHT is a Bible verse that can mean so many things to so many people. For Teagan Joseph, it has taken on a more literal sense each day that passes. Teagan was born with a rare genetic condition called Lebers Congenital Amaurosis. This condition only affects 3000 people in the United States annually. It is a condition that effects the retina. Most people that are born with this condition are completely blind by the age of 1. “It’s funny, you have about a 25% chance of getting this disease if both parents are a carrier and I just happen to be the lucky 25%. Ironically, that’s the only raffle I’ve ever won.” Teagan’s case is a mild
