SIRE: Batt 9055 DAM: Bar-Zel 7002

REGISTRATION: #666557 DATE OF BIRTH: 2/9/2020 BIRTH TYPE: Single

BREEDER/PAST OWNERS: Alves Livestock, CA DONOR: Alves Livestock, CA Alves DN 086 pictured as a yearling. This

ram, named “Outa Here” (have your ever been “86ed”?), very consistently adds bone to his offspring. Breed character from the standpoint of color is excellent, ear length is also very good but he does not always hit the mark on ear set. He had a 13 lb. birth wt., but do not recommend breeding to first time lambing ewes as his lambs are quite robust. DNA is RRNNFF.

REGISTRATION: #670239 DATE OF BIRTH: 1/14/2021 BIRTH TYPE: Twin

We purchased Dirt Road to add muscle, bone and a long level hip without sacrificing growth. At 5 months of age he weighed 192 and scanned a 4.34” loin eye. Moderate framed, but not small (height, length, weight at 15 months of age pending). Both JMG Suffolks and Cannon River Suffolks have an impressive set of lambs sired by Dirt Road. We will have updated EBVs after we submit weight and scan data on his early lambs (May 1). For more information, contact Jeremy at 612-756-1200 or John at 612-963-4629.

Batt 009 is an impressive Suffolk ram that displays structurally correct, eye appealing phenotype. He will add bone and stoutness to his offspring. Daughters from his first lamb crop are truly exceptional.
