For generations of my family, this has been one of the biggest goals we had yet to achieve and it was truly humbling to accomplish it for them. I was overwhelmed with joy and appreciation from friends, family, and others congratulating me as I walked out of the ring and the days after. Just 72 short hours later I was fortunate enough to take part in the Sale of Champions and share that opportunity with three fellow exhibitors who I have spent my whole life around, Cole, Lexi, and Ty. There are so many people in my life who helped me along the way. None of this would have been possible without the people who raised “Preacher” and treat me like their own, the Horn family. I still don’t know how I got so lucky to have them be such a big part of my life but it is a blessing I’ll never take for granted. Uncle John Choate and Whitney Andras showed up without being asked and just when we needed them the most. This life has brought me so many friends that have become more like family, I will forever be grateful for their support and guidance. I am fortunate to have four grandparents who support me deeply in whatever I do and cheer the loudest at my successes. My biggest thank you goes to my parents Preston and Samantha Graves who haul me to every show and the people who give up so much to help make my dreams come true. We work side by side every night in the barn and this win is a win for all of us. ●
