baseball practice, or even a speech contest, we are always willing to put in a little extra work for one another. We have grown up learning that being a family means showing up, lending a hand, and making sacrifices for each other. I hope my siblings know how much I appreciate every little thing they do, because I would never want to do this life without them. My parents are the reason so much of this is possible. From my mom making sure every entry gets submitted on time, keeping everything organized, and being there through every high and low, to my dad that always has an answer, a helping hand, and a way to make things happen, they have given us more than we could ever repay. Countless hours, weekends, and personal sacrifices have gone into giving us these opportunities. Through it all, they’ve taught us the importance of working hard, staying
humble, and appreciating every opportunity we are given. Along with my family, I would like to thank Baylor and the entire Bonham crew, Caden Church, and everyone who has played a part in this journey. The people you meet and the friendships you make along the way are just as special as the accomplishments themselves. I am beyond thankful for everyone who has believed in me, supported me, and been there to celebrate these moments with us. Above all, I give all the glory to God. I truly believe He has a way of putting the right animals in the right hands at exactly the right time, and looking back on everything that has led us here, I can see His hand in so much of it. None of this would be possible without Him, and I am forever thankful for the doors He has opened, the people He has placed in our lives,
and the blessings He continues to give us. When I look at these two banners, I see so much more than just two wins at the American Royal. I see years of hard work, countless sacrifices, lessons learned, and memories made with the people who mean the most to me. I know how blessed I am to live this life and share these experiences with the people I love, and that is something I will never take for granted. More than anything, this experience has reminded me that the best part of winning is getting to share it with the people who helped make it possible. ●
