Ground Turkey has been a family tradition in our house for 4 generations. I even love to eat it simply on white bread as a sandwich.

PUFFS THE ULTIMATE THANKSGIVING LEFTOVER

INGREDIENTS • ½ Cup Butter • 1 Cup Water • ¼ teaspoon Salt • 1 Cup All-Purpose Flour • 4 Large Eggs

DIRECTIONS 1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).

INGREDIENTS • 3 Cups Turkey I mix Dark & White Meat • ½ Medium Onion Rough Chopped • 2 Large Celery Sticks Rough Chopped • 1/3 Cup Miracle Whip • Salt to Taste DIRECTIONS 1. Add Onion, celery, and turkey into a large food processer. 2. Pulse (don’t just turn on or it will make it pasty) to chop everything together into small pieces 3. Pour into a bowl and add miracle whip slowing to make it as wet or dry as you like. Salt to taste. 1. Once your puffs are cooled slice in half but not all the way through. 2. Fill with ground turkey and enjoy!

2. In a large pot, bring water and butter to a rolling boil. 3. Stir in flour and salt until the mixture forms a ball. 4. Transfer the dough to a large mixing bowl. Using a wooden spoon or stand mixer, beat in the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each. 5. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto an ungreased baking sheet, spacing them a couple of inches apart. 6. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes in the preheated oven, until golden brown. Centers should be dry.

Fill with left over stuffing, ground turkey, and cranberry sauce to make the ultimate leftover bite! You can also use the puffs on their own with a pudding or whipped cream filling to make traditional Cream Puffs! OTHER OPTIONS!
