INGREDIENTS • 3 Cups Rolled Whole Oats • 1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil • 1/2 Cup Maple Syrup or Honey • 1 Cup Sliced Almonds • Pinch of Salt

• Cinammon To Taste • Blueberries Frozen OPTIONAL • Chocolate Chips Add After Cooked • Cocunt Flakes Add 1/2 Through Cooking • Orange Zest • Dried Fruit
DIRECTIONS Preheat oven to 350°.
Line baking sheet with parchment paper. Mix all ingredients in bowl. Pour mixture onto prepared baking sheet and spread out across the entire sheet using a spatula. Press down mixture flat to sheet. Place in preheated oven and bake for 15 minutes. Stir mixture and re-spread and flatten. Bake for an additional 15 minutes. Repeat stirring and baking in 15 minute intervals until fully baked - mixture will be browned and slightly crunchy. Cook time will depend on ingredients used and altitude. Usually 30-60 minutes.
Remove baked granola and allow to cool completely.
