DECONSTRUCTED POT STICKERS #LauriesHomemade

DIRECTIONS 1. Stir together all ingredients for the sauce and set to the side. 2. Cut wonton wrappers in half and separate and set to the side 3. Bring a pot of water to boil. 4. In a large skillet brown the ground pork. Once thoroughly cooked remove from heat. In the same skillet add oil, once hot add garlic, ginger, carrots, cabbage, salt, pepper, green onions (white part). Cook until the veggies are cooked to your liking. ( I like the carrots to still be slightly crisp. Add the cooked pork back into the skillet with the veggies. 5. Boil wontons (20-30sec) and drain. Rinse with cold water to stop the cooking process. 6. Add wonton wrappers to pork, add sauce, and mix. 7. Finish with green onions.
