We have sold a lot of Bred Heifers sired by Maternal Made the last several years…they sold well and we have had a lot of good feedback on them. This group of incredible young cows are from the first crop of Maternal Made’s born at DCC… Quite honestly, I’ve been hoarding them. This cow was my favorite MM calf ever born at DCC. You can’t see it in the picture, but this is the one with white snip on her nose. Everyone that has been through my cows in the last four years remembers her. Folks she has all the bells and whistles…Big hipped, great boned, huge bodied, crazy neck set and a running gear made for the big time. I have one request, give me first shot at your half the Icon that’s on board here.

My good friends Steve Bonham and Craig Talkington found this one for me at one of my ISU Judging Team Members, Ben Kelly Sale as a bred heifer. I was watching/bidding on line and Steve was talking to me while selling her, I decided to whoa up for a bit and he gave both barrels in front of God and everybody. Thanks guys for the tip. This cow is phenomenal!!! She is likely the biggest barrel, broadest backed, softest flanked one of the bunch. She can flat out raise one too. Everything she has is top shelf. She hasn’t been flushed yet but is high on the list and very deserving.
